Digital Products (Creative Library and PDFs)

All digital products available in our Creative Library store are downloadable PDFs or e-content. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable.
Usage Rights: All digital creative library are for personal use only. You may not distribute, resell, or share the files with others. Creative Library are protected by copyright, and sharing outside of personal use is prohibited.
Download Issues: If you experience problems accessing your purchased files, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you promptly.

Stampin’ Up! Products

As an independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I offer a range of Stampin’ Up! products for sale. Please note the following:

Product Returns and Warranties: I do not control Stampin’ Up!’s policies on returns, exchanges, or warranties. If you have any issues with Stampin’ Up! products, please consult their official return and warranty policies.Stampin’ Up! Return & Refund Policy: Link to Stampin’ Up!’s official policy

Order Fulfillment: While I assist in placing orders for Stampin' Up! products, all order fulfillment, shipping, and handling are managed by Stampin' Up! directly.

Class Kits (Curated by Me)

The class kits to go are hand-selected and packaged by me. These kits contain materials for card-making and other paper crafting projects.

Customization: Some kits allow for the purchase of additional items such as featured stamp sets or bundles. These are optional add-ons and must be purchased separately.
No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of these kits, refunds are typically not available.
Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a kit with missing or damaged items, please contact me at [email protected] and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at checkout. All prices are listed in USD, and applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added to your total order amount at checkout where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

Digital Products: All digital content is delivered via instant download or email after purchase is completed.
Class Kits: Shipping costs for class kits are included in the kit price. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
